Her background spans operations leadership, organizational development, human resources, business and life coaching, team development, and entrepreneurship. With more than a decade of experience leading small-business operations, along with an educational foundation in business, human resources, adult learning, and organizational development, Christine brings both a strategic and deeply human perspective to her work.
Throughout her career, she has developed a particular ability to see the whole business, recognize patterns and disconnects, and help leaders make sense of complexity. She works at the intersection of vision, people, and operations, helping founders turn what's in their heads into clearer priorities, stronger teams, practical systems, and confident action.
